How to Purchase a Spare Part
Use the search box on the top left of the website and enter your part numbers. Try the part with and without any formating and also try partially entering the number. An example of this would be if you require Karcher part number 9.001-104.0 then also search for 9001104 or 90011.
How to identify a Spare Part
You may be lucky enough to have a part with the part number stamped into the item although it is more common for our customer not to know part numbers. We will often ask you for the following details and so please try and get as much data as possible before you make contact with us.
How to Track and Trace a delivery
We are not able to track or trace any basic post items as the function is not available. All Recorded, Special Delivery and Courier deliveries will have a unique tracking number that may be supplied on request. A delay to the delivery of your item may be due to the availabilty of stock at the time of your order.
How to Return and item
To process your return we use return numbers. Example CRMA-000001. Please contact us to obtain your unique returns number and then label the outside of your parcel with this number.
Service Levels SLA
Our intention is to offer a high level of service. We have found that on occasion our phone lines may be busy and so we have invested in a call queing system. We have also invested in a call routing system that should route your call in a more efficient way. We appriciate that not all customers enjoy using automated call systems but we feel that this system is essential for us. We now operate a ticket system for each incomming parts query. Our sales persons will generate a unique ticket number for you when
you make contact and the progress of this ticket may be checked on our website.
