    Q: My Pressure Washer runs at half pressure and gun vibrates at a rate of several times a second?

    A: Pump has lost compression from a cylinder (usually have 3) - could be blockage or seized piston.

    Q:My Pressure Washer Gun or Hose broke. You sell many versions, which version fits my machine?

    A:Manufacturers often fit more than one style of gun to any model. Look at the photos of the gun or hose styles for you brand of machine. The most important issue is often the connection style between the gun and the hose.

    Q: Can i buy parts for my Pressure Washer, Vacuum or Steam Cleaner like switches and pump repair kits?

    A: Use the search facility to find your model or your specific part number. If your machine is found then common spares will be listed. If you can't find what you require, just use the contact form bellow and we will help you.

    Delivery  

    We stock all fast moving items and all other products are purchased for you from the appropriate manufacturer.
     
    Stock items will be despatched within 24 hours and none stock items should take a maximum of 14 days to be delivered.
    Some of our stock is imported from Europe and the FarEast and so this may be extended in extreme cases.

    Our delivery charge is calculated by weight unless an object is very large and very light.
     
    We use Royal Mail for most small parcels less than 2Kg in weight.
    • £3.50 for 1st class post.
    • £5.00 for insured and tracked post.
    • £7.50 for special delivery next day tracked post
    We use APC overnight for all items 2Kg to 25Kg £12.00
     *although this is a next day service your delivery time maybe 48 hours dependant on packing time*
     
    Any palleted large items will be delivered by Wagon using the Pallex network.
     
    The Carrier will make deliveries to the address stipulated in your order.
    The Carrier may not choose to leave an item if it cannot be signed for. 

    Unless we have stated otherwise in writing, delivery dates are not guaranteed, although we shall make every reasonable effort to deliver the goods by any quoted delivery date.

    We may deliver the goods in installments if the goods are not available at the same time for delivery.
